This titan maroon 1941 Buick Roadmaster Series 70 Model 76C convertible coupe is an extremely scare find ready to be restored. This is the top-of-the-line 41 Roadmaster convertible and only 1,845 were made. Very few unrestored cars like this exist. Unique to 1941, the headlights were moved to the center of the fenders and this look is far more desirable and sought-after than earlier Roadmaster convertible coupes. The original color is paint code 578 Titan Maroon which is a very dark maroon. This is an excellent color and really sets off the chrome. The sheet metal is solid. The most important part of the car surrounding the top and down the back and around the deck lid is all repairable. The windshield frame is pushed down. The top is all there except one of the clamps is missing. There is a little rust here and there but it is repairable. The body and fenders have dents and tears. The deck lid is damaged but it can be fixed. The floors look good although we have not fully-inspected them yet. There is a set of salvageable front fender, a sedan cowl section with dash, steering column and other parts. We just got this car and as soon as we have the parts out and sorted and the body cleaned up, new details and photos will be posted. The front spindles are missing. There is no radiator, motor, transmission and drive line but all these parts are available. If you desire to build and own one of the highest value Buick convertibles around, this is your opportunity. The price shown is the way it sits today as shown. As we sort the parts and find additional missing parts, the price will go up. Please call (406) 318-0270 for details about this restorable classic project car.
