This black 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle 2 door hardtop is an original, authentic SS-396, super-solid, no-rust project car ready to be restored. There is no motor or transmission. The floors, trunk bottom and rockers are rock solid. Somebody started a straight metal saw cut in the trunk floor but it is repairable. The frame is straight. There is no rust anywhere. The glass is there, but the windshield is cracked. The bumpers are replateable. The rear window sill and roof are solid because it is a two-tone car. There are two mint doors and front fenders that come with the car. It has 12 bolt differential with number 3969038NF with A over the number, located front of diffeerential on driver side. It has the large single piston SS-396 front disc brakes. The VIN is exactly the same as the Title, 136379K377341. The car has a clear Texas title. The last "L" on the cowl tag is for Leeds Missouri (Kansas City), where the SS was built. It has the original Forest Green interior. It originally was a bench seat auto on the column. The floor has been cut for a floor shift. There is a set of bucket seats and a console, not installed. The steering wheel is SS-396 but the badge is missing. The dash and door badges are there. Dash says "Ultra Ventilation". The front and rear badges are there. The front fender badges are gone and the fenders have either been replaced or the holes were filled (common practice to hide side badges for street racing). There are two extra doors and front fenders that come with the car. Here is your chance to build a highly-desirable real-deal 69 Chevelle SS 396 car. Please call (406) 318-0270 for details about this restorable classic project car.
