This green 1948 Ford F-2 3/4 ton pickup truck is a solid and mostly complete project truck ready to be restored. The body, fenders, doors, hood, running boards and box have solid Montana sheet metal. The letter "D" is missing from the FORD in the front. The truck has add-on front fender-mounted turn signals. The bottom grill bar is missing and the lower grill pan is dented. There is a dent in the left front fender. There is a crack in the right front fender near the center of the wheel well. The tail of the right front fender is dented. The truck has an aftermarket left spare tire carrier rack. The running board edges are dented. The box is fairly straight except the top rails are dented and bent. There is a partially rusted area in the right front lower side of the box. There is no tail gate. The box floor is covered with plywood and the condition of the box bottom is unknown. There is no rear bumper. There is an add-on rear cross bar with trailer hitch and welded rear box side supports. The driver side mirror is not stock. The green interior is all there. The dash is complete but the radio blank is broken. The floors are good. There is an add-on tool tray above the gas tank. The brown seat core is all there. The 239 CID 95 HP L-head V-8, four speed manual floor shift transmission and drive train are all there. The motor is stuck.
