This red and black 1936 Ford Model 51 1 1/2 ton fire tanker truck is a bone stock, retired local Idaho fire truck ready to be restored. The body is very solid, dry and straight. The fenders and running boards are good. The grill is missing the lower bar section. The hood side grills are missing. The tank and plumbing are all there. The seat, floor pan and glove box door are missing. The flathead V-8 and drive train are all there. The running condition is unknown, although the truck was driven to it's current desert location 30 years ago. This 36 Ford fire tanker truck would make a cool parade vehicle.
