This green 1949 GMC 100 Series FC-102 five window 1/2 ton pickup is a mostly complete classic truck ready to be restored or customized. The 125.25" wheelbase truck has solid and dry western desert sheet metal. The truck is solid where rust is usually found such as the lower rear cab corners and lower cowl sides. There is a little rust in the bottom of the right cowl side. Both the front fenders are dented on the front sides. The grill is damaged. There are a couple dents in the GMC hood emblem. The left front parking light lens is gone. The side of the left running board is bent. The back of the left quarter fender is dented. There is a small dent in the rear of the right quarter fender. The corner glass and windshield glass are good. The door glass is cracked and the rear cab glass is gone. The tail gate has some dents and the left side seam is separated. The box floor is deteriorated and is covered by a sheet of plywood. The rear bumper is not stock and is welded to the back frame. The truck has a right box-side spare mount, add-on rear box side reflectors and door-mounted add-on tow mirrors. The interior is all there except the door panels are missing. The original black vinyl seat is there. The dash and gauges are all there. The floors are solid. The transmission cover panel is missing. There are add-on column-mounted turn signals. The 228 CID OHV inline six 96 HP motor is all there. The hood is stuck so there are no photos of the engine compartment. The 4 speed manual floor shift transmission is gone.
