This Parisian red 1963 Simca 1000 "Mille" 4 door sedan is a solid classic French rear engine mini-car ready to be restored. The car has excellent solid and dry western desert sheet metal and there is no rust showing anywhere on the car. The odometer reads 46,672 and from the looks of the brake and clutch pedals, this is the original mileage. This was a very popular car in Europe. It featured four wheel independent suspension and was know for it's strong over-steer handling. The hard-to-find front and rear glass are good. The left front fender is dented. The left headlight trim and front SIMCA letters are missing. Both bumpers are dented. The tail lights are gone and the rear panel is dented. The driver mirror is missing. The right rear door is dented. The right rear quarter is dented in the back. The rear deck lid is dented and bent. The grey and red interior is all there. The dash and gauges are complete the floor is solid. The trunk is solid and the spare and jack are there. The 944 CC 45 HP OHV inline four cylinder motor is gone. The transaxle is there. The rear hood support cross member is loose. The brakes shoes and drums are off and it looks like most of these parts are inside the car although no inventory has been taken. The right rear coil spring is off and inside the car. It is hard to find rust-free Simca 100's in the USA so don't miss this chance to restore the car.
