This yellow 1941 Chevrolet Superior 14,000 GVW 28 passenger school bus camper conversion is a very solid and straight all-steel body bus ready to be restored or customized. The body is slid and straight and has surface rust only showing under the peeling paint. Some of the flat glass is broken. The window assemblies are there. The right running light assembly on top of the headlight is gone. The are light lenses and reflectors missing on the exterior. The headlights are broken. There are some small dents in the grill. The rear panel is bent at the bottom. The rear door has some rust at the bottom and the door handle and lock are missing. There are dents in the left rear corner and left top in the front. There is a stove chimney cut through the left front roof. The left side of the front door has rust and deterioration at the bottom. The open opening assembly is all there. The passenger seat area has been removed and camper components and appliances have been installed. Two of the original seats are being used as seats for a table. The original driver seat is there. The original dash is all there. The left switch panel is loose in the dash. The floors are solid. The ceiling appears to be in tack above the cabinets. The bus has an all-original chassis and suspension. The 4 speed manual floor shift power train has an earlier Chevrolet 283 CID V-8. The radiator has been updated. The motor is complete with nothing removed and it looks like a running. The actual running and driving condition is unknown. Here is your chance to restore or customize a hard-to-find 41 Chevy bus.
