This Strato blue and Surf green 1949 Nash 600 Airflyte Series 40 two door fastback brougham sedan body and chassis is a very scarce classic car ready to be restored or customized. The brougham features a special two seater divided back seat. Only 2,954 were made of this model. The windshield is cracked, The rear curved glass, smaller than a 1950 model, is good. The body has solid and dry western desert sheet metal. Both front fenders are damages and the trim is gone. The front corner trim is damaged on both sides. The headlight trim is missing. The hood badge insert is missing. The quarter panels are dented and the trim is gone. The left door handle lock is missing. The deck lid chrome trim assembly and tail light lenses are broken. The license plate carrier is gone. The front and rear bumpers are dented. The left front bumper guard is loose. The gray interior is all there except the rear seat backs are missing. The steering wheel gauge console is all there. The glove box clock is missing. The floors appear to be solid but they have not been completely inspected. The 173 CID L-head inline six cylinder 82 HP motor is stripped and the transmission is gone. The radiator and other engine compartment parts are missing. The front and rear axles are gone.
