This municipal yellow 1955 Ford F-600 2 ton commercial county dump truck is a fairly complete Idaho vehicle ready to be restored or customized. This would be a good truck for a construction company mascot vehicle. The truck was taken out of service when the operator backed into a pole and tore the driver door off. The door is missing, the cowl forward of the door is bent and the hood hinges are pulled out of alignment. The upper door hinge pillar mount was torn off. The lower left door pillar is welded to the floor. The left upper cab corner is dented. The hood has a dent on the left side. The front bumper and lower grill bar are damaged. The upper grill bar has two holes cut in it. The left front fender is dented in the front. Both front fender tails are dented. The right running board is damaged. The steel dump box and tail gate have dents and bends. The tail gate hinges need work. There are steel hooks welded to both sides of the box. The tail light lenses are broken and the housings are damaged. The add-on tow mirrors are broken. There is a custom spare carrier on the right front side of the box. A shop-made steel box header has been added. The interior is all there. The dash and gauges are complete. The original seat core is there. The floors are solid. The 272 CID OHV 162 HP motor, 4 speed manual floor shift transmission and two speed differential are all there. Nothing is taken off the motor and it looks like a runner.
