This 1931 Chevrolet Independence Series AE-Six 4 door sedan has been turned into a "Montana Pickup" truck by welding the back of the sedan body to the cowl and windshield frame to make a cab. The welding job is not good. It is unknown if the door parts inside are correct for the car. There is no front or rear sheet metal. The parts piled on the front and back do not come with the car. It is unknown if the chassis is correct for the body. The dash is gone and there is no interior. The Fisher body tag says the body number is X3193 but no reference to this number can be found in the data books. This Chevy sedan "Montana pickup" partial cab and chassis may work for someone's project. Please call (406) 318-0270 for details about this restorable classic 1931 Chevy project vehicle.
