Desert Classics...1951 Studebaker Champion Deluxe Business Coupe
This green 1951 Studebaker Champion Deluxe 3 passenger "bullet nose" businessman's coupe is a very solid, complete project car ready for a complete restoration. In general, the body is solid and straight. The curved glass is good and the flat glass is broken. The left door is damaged but we have a good straight replacement door that comes with the car. The bumpers, grills, headlight trim and fender trim are all straight and replatable. The right turn signal lens is missing. The center of the bullet nose is missing. The hood trim is missing. The right rear bumper guard is inside the car. The left tail light assembly is damaged and there is an add-on tail light. The back bottom of both quarter panels are dented. The left rocker is dented and has some repairable rusted areas. There is a rusted area in the left outside door post forward of the door. There is some rust in the lower lip of the deck lid. There are some minor repairable dents in the body. The interior is all there. The dash is complete. The floors and truck bottom are solid, including the spare tire well.
