This 1928-29 Marmon 4 door sedan with Hayes body is a fairly complete body and chassis ready to be restored or customized. This car has a Hayes Model 97 Type S Series 70 SN 704 cowl tag. The car is identified as a Marmon by the dual cowl vents and vertical louvered hood. There is no front body , motor or transmission. The brake hubs and wheels are gone. Part of the damaged right rear door and both sides of the bent hood are in the back seat. There are some other misc. parts in the back seat, un-inventoried. The running boards are gone and the lower side panels are damaged. There are dents in the rear fenders and a tear in the right fender. The door handles and right rear top door hinge are gone. Most of the seat frames are there and the springs may or may not be correct or complete. The dash is gone. Some of the roof and interior wood is there. The chassis is solid and complete.
