This blue 1951 Ford F-3 heavy 3/4 ton flatbed truck is a very scarce all-original Marmon-Herrington factory 4X4 conversion ready to be restored. This is a V-8 flathead Ford full time four wheel drive truck with locking positive drive and compensating drive transfer case with high/low range. The Marmon-Herrington 4X4 power train is 100% complete. All the M-H plates are there. The body is good, solid no-rust Montana sheet metal. There are some repairable dents in the body, hood, fenders and running boards. The right upper/lower hood side trim is missing. There are after-market cowl-mounting turn signals. The top of the cab is dented. The grill bar and left parking light are damaged. The lower sheet metal grill panel has been cut out to fit a winch. There are some small dents and bends in the front bumper. The rear glass is gone. The truck has a 1929-31 Ford model AA flatbed which is not included in the price or can be purchased with the truck for an additional $1,000. The 239 CID L-head 106 HP V-8 motor and four speed manual transmission are all there. This truck was running and driving about 10 years ago when it was parked.
