The left quarter panel, rear bumper and tail light assembly are missing but we have a good ones included in the deal. They will not be installed but shipping inside the car. The deck lid is off the car but is good. The windshield has a small repairable chip. The top assembly is complete. The floors are fairly good. There are some small rusty areas which are repairable. The trunk floor is solid. The dash and dash pad are all there. The interior is complete. The motor is all there.
