This red and white 1959 DeSoto Fireflite Sportsman 2 door hardtop is a very complete, straight, solid restoration project car ready to be built. The body is straight and solid. There are no rusted areas showing. All the trim is off the car. We did an inventory and there is just one small piece of trim missing. There is a small dent in the front of the hood. There are some dents in the rear panel below the deck lid. There are a few small dents in other places on the body. The deck lid is missing. We are including a good used windshield. The bumpers are good replatable cores. The interior is all there. It was originally red and white. A black interior and seats have been started. The dash and gauges are all there. The horn button and speakers and speaker grill are missing. The floors and trunk bottom are solid. The 383 CID 325 HP V-8 motor and automatic transmission with push-button controls are all there.
