The 1971 Dodge Challenger is a very nice running and driving muscle car. It is a drive-anywhere car. It was originally a blue car with white vinyl top. The original vinyl top has been removed. The car has been R/T cloned with correct hood, rallye dash with tach, automatic console shift and rallye wheels with center caps. A new wiring harness has been installed. There are no R/T badges but they are available aftermarket. There is no hood air assembly. The front body work is completed and is in primer. The left front fender was replaced. The rear body work needs to be completed. The right door is damaged but the car comes with a good replacement door. The lower rear quarter panels behind the wheels have some repairable rust and the car comes with the correct patch panels to make the repair. The car also comes with NOS left mirror and door handles. The interior is in good original condition and the front bucket seats have covers. The floor and trunk bottom are solid with no rust. The original build sheet comes with the car. It has the original 318 CID motor. The motor has been upgraded to a 4 barrel motor with high performance 340 exhaust manifolds. It has the original 904 automatic transmission.
