The black 1962 Chevrolet Model 14C Series 10 2 door 1/2 ton Suburban Carryall is a fairly straight and complete project truck ready for restoration. It has very scarce clamshell gate rear doors. The grill is missing. There is rust in both fenders behind the front wheels and these panels need patch kits or replacement. Sherman has complete lower fenders for $223 each and parts123.com has the rear front fender patch panels for $79 each. There is also some rust in the lower front doors and rockers below the doors. Otherwise, the body is solid. The front of the hood has some small dents. The right front bumper end is pulled out. There is a dent in the corner of the left front fender and in the left quarter on the side and near the tail light. There is a small damaged area in the upper left corner of the bottom gate. There are a few small dents here and there. All the dents are repairable. All the glass is good. It has a trailer hitch. The interior is all there except the rear seat is missing. A couple dash switches are missing. The front floor and cargo deck are solid. The lower rear gate inside latch is missing. The 283 CID V-8 and 4 speed manual floor shift transmission are all there. The truck was running a few years ago but the motor needs to be rebuilt. Here is your chance to restore or customize a 62 Carryall with very scarce clamshell rear gates.
