This cool red-primered 1929 Packard Sixth Series Standard Eight 4 door sedan is a started old school hot rod ready to be finished. The car has a well-made custom chassis with a professionally-mounted body. There is no motor, transmission or driveline. The differential, unknown make, sits on springs and coils with chrome reversed wheels. The unknown brand front straight axle has rack and pinion steering and chrome wire wheels. A non-stock steering column has been installed. The body is very straight and rust-free. The left rear fender is off the car. The hood, radiator housing and running boards are gone. Somebody put a lot of time and effort in putting this basic old school hot rod together. The work is very good and most of the difficult body, chassis and suspension work has been completed.
