This blue 1940 LaSalle by Cadillac Model 40-5029 phaeton 4 door convertible sedan is a very solid, straight complete project car ready to be restored. Most all the trim is there. The top is all there. The phaeton has suicide rear doors. The doors are good. There is an extra hood and front fenders and other misc. parts that come with the car. The floors are rusted.
