This blue and white 1979 IHC International Scout II 4X4 Traveler station wagon is a very straight and complete project utility vehicle ready to be restored. The rear wheel wells, rockers, and fender tails are rusted. Repair and/or replacement panels are available online for all these areas. The area around the gas filler cap is rusted. the rest of the body is very straight and solid, except there are a couple small dents in the fenders. All the glass is good. The molding around the right rear side window has a gap at the top. It has a trailer hitch. The interior is all there and the seats have covers. The horn ring is gone. The dash panel is off and the radio is gone. The left door arm rest is on the floor. The floors are solid. The odometer reads 118,139 miles. The car has an optional 304 CID 140 HP OHV V-8 motor, automatic transmission, and power steering and power brakes. The rear drive line is inside the car, reason unknown. The motor is very complete and nothing has been taken off. It looks like it is a runner. However, the running condition is unknown. The keys are in the ignition. The Scout has manual hubs.
