This yellow 1955 IHC International R-160 1 1/2 ton 20 passenger school bus is a fairly straight body and chassis ready to be restored or converted into a RV camper. The body has very solid and dry western desert sheet metal. The left headlight ring is damaged. The left front roof running light is missing the lens. The left center side flat glass is broken. There are dents in the rear door and right back below the red flasher light. The left rear flasher light lens is gone. There is a hole and dent in the right top of the cowl. The front folding door hinge is broken at the top and the glass is broken. The bus has a light blue interior and the sheet metal paneling is in good condition. All of the seats are gone. The dash, gauges and controls are all there. The 221 CID OHV inline six cylinder 100 HP motor, bell housing, clutch and radiator are gone. The four speed floor shift manual transmission and two speed rear axle are all there. Here is your chance to restore or convert a solid 55 IHC school bus.
