This Shoal green 1950 Ford F-1 Series 9HC 1/2 ton pickup is a mostly complete rolling body and chassis ready to be restored or customized. This truck has dry and solid western desert sheet meat with no rust showing anywhere, including the usually-rusted lower rear cab corners. The grill, front FORD panel and left front fender panel are dented. There are dents and a cut in the right front of the hood and trim. Both running board sides are dented. Some of the flat glass is broken or missing. The front of the box and tailgate are bent. The rest of the truck is straight. There are add-on tie down brackets bolted around the box. The box has a welded-in steel plate floor. There is a not-stock tow bumper welded to the back frame rails and it is bent. The right mirror is not stock and there is no driver mirror. The painted black interior is missing the radio, ash tray, some controls and knobs, wind wing posts and one door inspection panel. The gauges are all there. The steering wheel ring is deteriorated. The seat is there. The floors are solid The odometer reads 79,339 and this is likely the actual miles given the condition of the pedal rubber. The hood is stuck and some of the hinges and brackets are damaged or missing. The 226 CID L-head 95 HP inline six cylinder motor, radiator and 4 speed manual floor shift transmission are gone.
