This 1929 Hudson Model R Six 4 door standard sedan is a partially complete vintage car ready to be restored or customized. This was the first year for the line known as "The Greater Hudson". The car has a 1945 Montana license plate. This car has dual front fender spare mounts. The top, doors and rear cab are missing. The headlights, headlight bar and cowl lights are missing. It is unknown if the cab back and other misc. parts are correct for the car. The body has solid and dry western desert sheet metal. The grill bars are bent and the radiator cap and Hudson badge are gone. The hood is fairly straight. The front and rear fender and running boards are dented and bent. There are cracks on the upper sides of both front fender wheel wells. There is a hole in the back of the right rocker panel. The front and rear bumpers are gone. There are a couple hubcaps and they are dented. The dash and gauges are all there. The steering wheel with controls are there. There is a front seat and it is unknown if it is correct. The 289 CID F-head inline six cylinder 92 HP motor is complete. Nothing has been taken off the motor and it looks like it could be a runner. However the actual running condition is unknown. The three speed manual floor shift transmission is there. The shifter handle is missing. The pedals are all there. The radiator and radiator frame are missing.
