This two tone Concord maroon and white 1963 Rambler American 440H two door hardtop is a mostly complete classic car ready to be restored or customized. This is the special designation 440 "H" model with edged roof, two tone paint, bucket seats with console and high HP "Power-Pak" six cylinder motor. 9,749 were made of this model in 1963. The body has solid and dry rust-free western desert sheet metal. The hood has been changed and the hinges need adjustment. The hood ornament badge insert is missing. The right front sheet metal has been repaired. The front splash pan is damaged and the right parking light is broken. Both doors are sprung. The left lower front door trim piece is missing. The center of the rear bumper is pushed down. The upper deck lid trim is missing. The windshield has a small repairable chip. The rear glass is de-laminated. Both roof pillar badges are missing. The gas cap is gone. The maroon and black interior is complete except the console box button is missing. The floors look solid but have not been completely inspected. The 196 CID OHV inline six cylinder 138 HP "Power Pak" motor is all there. The car as the optional "E-stick" semi-automatic transmission with overdrive. Nothing has been taken off the motor and it looks like a runner. However, the actual running and driving condition is unknown.
