This red 1941 Ford 12 passenger "Shorty" school bus body is an extremely scarce short body bus body ready to be customized into a street rod. Very few short body school buses of this era are available. The bus also has decorative triple bead belt and rocker trim and sculptured rear tail light panels. The body has solid western desert sheet metal. The top and rear corners are dented. There are some dents in the sides. There is no front body, firewall or chassis. The bottom edges are damaged. The rear door is damaged and the skin needs to be replaced. The entry door is missing. All the window frames are there except the driver and rear door frames are missing. The rear bumper is mangled. The rear lights and roof running lights are broken. The entry step is damaged. There is no interior. The front safety panel and hand rail are there. The floor is good.
