This white and blue 1959 Chevrolet Series 5000 LCF Low Cab Forward 2 ton semi tractor is a fairly complete cab, interior and chassis ready to be restored or customized. The truck has a 16,000 GVW and has a 160" wheelbase.The truck has a bad paint job and the paint is peeling and bubbling. The blue grill is inside the cab and is has a couple small dents. The front fender badges are missing. The rear window panel has been cut out at the bottom and the glass is gone. The left rear lower cab corner is rusted and the right cab corner has some paint bubbling and likely has rust starting. The steps are solid. There are some dents in the cab top above the doors. The windshield has some chips and wiper burn. The front bumper is missing. There is an add-on aluminum running light panel which is torn and bent. The truck has add-on cab corner handles, tow mirrors, turn signals and five cab-top running lights. The gray and white interior is missing the seat and has an add-on seat base for the not-stock seats. The stock V gauge panel is there. There is an add-on gauge panel added to the center of the dash. The steering wheel is not stock. The right inside step kick panel is rusted. The floor is carpeted and the condition of the floor is unknown. The 283 CID V-8 motor, radiator, bell housing and clutch are missing. The four speed floor shift transmission is there. The truck has a two speed differential. The chassis looks solid and straight.
