This green and white 1949 Chevrolet Series 5700 COE cab-over-engine flatbed is a fairly complete truck and partial chassis ready to be restored or customized. The body has solid and dry western desert sheet metal. There are some dents in the left front fender, hood and back of cab. The center hood trim is missing. The front bumper has welded-on tow plate and hook. The dash and gauges are all there, except the starter button and a couple knobs are missing. The seat bottom and motor dog house cover are missing. The floor is solid. The 235 CID OHV inline six cylinder motor is there. The radiator, four speed transmission and entire front axle are missing. The truck has a commercial steel and wood flat bed with head board. Here is your chance to restore or customize a 49 Chevy COE.
