This 1929 Cadillac Series 341-B Fisher Model 8620 7 passenger 4 door sedan is a partial cab and bare chassis ready to be restored our used in an existing restoration project. The body consists of the cowl and doors and partially deteriorated windshield frame. . The body is cut off behind the front doors to make a custom "Montana pickup". This car pickup is typical of the conversion from cars to pickups that were made after the Great Depression and WW II when you made do with what you had and fuel was rationed. Out west, we call them "Montana Pickups". These car-pickups were built because when fuel was rationed during these periods, trucks were exempt, thus the family sedan was turned into a truck!  The body parts have solid and mostly straight western desert sheet metal. The rear roof has been moved forward and the back of the cut off cab is filled with wood. There is some dash and cowl wood but it is deteriorated. All the door hardware and handles are gone. The frame is straight and solid and consists of the frame rails and cross members only. Here is your chance to restore your own 29 Cadillac sedan or use these parts in your own project car.
