This brass-era 1909 Franklin Model D barrel hood 4 passenger touring car is a partially-complete car ready to be restored. The car is apart. There is a new 106" wheelbase frame and four wheels. The hood, body, differential and front axle are all there and complete. The 28 HP four cylinder motor, clutch, one wheel ring and one lock ring are missing.
