This Fathom Green 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle 2 door hardtop sport coupe is a real deal SS-396 classic muscle car ready to be restored. This is an original factory 396 CID V-8 automatic car with bucket seats and console floor shift. The car has power steering, power brakes and optional air conditioning. This is a desirable paint code 57 Fathom Green car with a black interior. The front body, motor, transmission, a/c system and radiator are missing. The body generally has very solid sheet metal. The left quarter panel is damaged and needs to be replaced. There is a little rust around the right rear wheel well. Otherwise the body is straight and solid. All the glass and window trim is gone. The tail lights are broken, the deck lid lock is gone and the deck lid Chevelle badge is broken. The rear bumper is bent and dented. The original rear panel SS 396 badge is there. The left pillar trim is missing. The left door is gone. There is a good left door inside the car as well as an extra right door. We have the from cross frame assembly and grill. The car has a 756 trim code which is black bucket seat interior with console. The black bucket seats are there. The console and rear seat bottom are missing. Someone was in the process of making this a four speed manual shift car and manual pedals have been installed. A rough shifter hole was started to the left of the factory automatic console opening but the factory opening was not cut. Parts of the dash are missing. The SS-396 dash trim piece is there. All the gauges are there. The glove box door is there The right a/c outlet is there. The steering wheel is gone. The floors and trunk bottom are solid. The car has a Fremont, CA 2C build date of February 1969 third week. The VIN is 13637Zxxxxxx and the car comes with a clear Montana title.
