This Roman red 1960 Chevrolet El Camino is a good running V-8 4 speed 1/2 ton car/pickup ready to be improved and enjoyed. It has an older red paint job which looks fairly good for a daily driver. The body is solid and straight except the right quarter panel is dented in the side, near the tail light and the paint is damaged. There are dents around the right tail light. The right fin trim and some of the other trim is missing. There are some dents in the box inner fenders and box sides. There are dents in the box floor and wheel wells. The interior is all there. The original seat core is there. We have some of the door panel sections but they are not complete. We have the door glass but it has not been installed yet. The floors have been repaired. Since the photos were taken carpet and late model bucket seats have been installed. The original bench seat still comes with the car. The car has a good-running 283 CID 2V OHV V-8 motor and Muncie 4 speed manual floor shift transmission. The car has new tires. The car runs well and is a lot of fun to drive with the Munchie 4 speed. Here is your opportunity to complete the restoration of a 60 Chevy El Camino. Please call Steve Murphy at (406) 565-5277 for details about this classic 1960 Chevrolet daily driver car.
